Abstract

Psychological flexibility is essential for mental health, yet the assessment of this construct still lacks instruments suited to the Portuguese context. This study seeks to address this gap by validating an innovative instrument that integrates specific dimensions and presents robust evidence of reliability and validity, distinguishing itself from existing measures.
